Tracy has been with Wake Forest University for six years. She is a Learning Specialist, Sr. in the Information Systems department. She is a certified Microsoft Office Professional and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Guilford College, a Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology from East Carolina University, and a Master of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from Wake Forest University. Tracy is a Safe Zone facilitator for the WFU LGBTQ Center and a member of the Professional Development Center’s Advisory Board. Tracy spent six years in Alaska volunteering at homeless shelters, Covenant House, and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for neglected children.
Learning Material Developer and Facilitator (Human Capital Management)
John joined the Professional Development Center (PDC) team in July of 2011. His main focus is the implementation, execution, and assessment of the Cultivating our Organization to Realize Excellence (CORE) initiative. John researches, builds curriculum for, and facilitates a variety of workshops for faculty and staff. John received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the Calloway School of Business at Wake Forest University. In 2008, John attained his Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and in 2015 was awarded a Master of Business Administration from the Wake Forest University School of Business.
Learning Material Developer and Facilitator (Finance)
Bridgett Clancy joined the Finance Systems team in May 2017. As the Learning and Development Specialist, she supports Financial Services in creating job aids and online learning, and administering the learning management system (LMS). Bridgett has eight years of instructional design experience and 11 years as a technical trainer. Bridgett has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, a Master of Arts degree in Counseling, and a certificate in eLearning.
